چکیده
Cnidium officinale is an important medicinal crop grown in Asia for its pharmacological properties. In this study, tetraploid breeding was conducted to increases the content of compound and tolerance environmental conditions using vitro shoot culture C. officinale. For this, we generated plants oryzalin, a chromosome doubling agent, compared morphological traits, cytological characteristics, heat stress-responsive gene expression levels between diploid genotypes. Chromosome efficiency highest plantlets treated with 4.0 mg∙L−1 oryzalin 2 days. Compared diploids, plant height tetraploids reduced, while petiole diameter increased by approximately 39%. The dry matter leaves significantly higher than that leaves. showed chloroplast number stomatal complex size but lower chlorophyll carotenoid contents. phenolic plantlets. Contents naringin as well salicylic acid gentisic acid, which are strong antioxidant compounds, were dramatically upon tetraploidization. Interestingly, liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS) analyses revealed senkyunolide F phthalide roots not or

the effect of functional/notional approach on the proficiency level of efl learners and its evaluation through functional test
in fact, this study focused on the following questions: 1. is there any difference between the effect of functional/notional approach and the structural approaches to language teaching on the proficiency test of efl learners? 2. can a rather innovative language test referred to as "functional test" ge devised so so to measure the proficiency test of efl learners, and thus be as much reliable an...

The anti-inflammatory and anticancer activities of a methanol extract of the rhizome of Cnidium officinale were investigated. Four compounds, namely falcarindiol (1), 6-hydroxy-7-methoxy-dihydroligustilide (2), ligustilidiol (3), and senkyunolide H (4) were isolated from the extract of the rhizome of Cnidium officinale and their structures were elucidated by analysis of their spectroscopic data...
متن کاملEffects of Cnidium Officinale (Makino) and Ulmus Pumila (Linne.) Extracts on Adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 Preadipocytes
Certain natural therapeutic plant extracts and bioactive compounds, which are commonly used as components of East Asian medicine, have the tendency to promote adipogenesis through preadipocyte proliferation and differentiation. In this study, methanol extracts Cnidium officinale Makino and Ulmus pumila Linne were screened for their ability to induce preadipocyte proliferation and differentiatio...
متن کاملCnidium officinale extract and butylidenephthalide inhibits retinal neovascularization in vitro and in vivo
BACKGROUND Retinal neovascularization, which is the pathological growth of new blood vessels, is associated with retinopathy of prematurity, neovascular age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and retinal vein occlusion. In this study, we evaluated the effect of an extract of Cnidium officinale Makino (COE) and its bioactive compound, butylidenephthalide (BP), on the migration an...
